Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. Your team reliably delivers next generation enterprise services for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. You will be assessing, engineering, and implementing IDAM technologies such as digital identities, Virtual Directory, PKI, Access Control for the enterprise infrastructure. You’ll develop process scripting and application health monitoring automation to make your systems robust and reliable across the global enterprise.

What you’ll be doing

• Engineer, design, implement, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex solutions deployed in our enterprise environment including: Active Directory Windows Server Related Functional Support for GPO, CA (Certificates), ADFS, NTFS Permissions, and Other Domain Relevant Services
• Analyze current Active Directory environment to identify security, technical, and operational challenges; develop continuous improvement action plans
• Provide support for automation tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python
• Participate in research and development of innovative new technologies to continuously improve the IT business needs of the organization
• Support migration of Active Directory/Azure AD and related platforms to the Cloud
• Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including AD operations, storage, messaging, server, and network
• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps

What you’ll need to have

• 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
• TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
• High School+12 years; Bachelor’s+8; Master’s+6
• Expert level troubleshooting skills with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies including Advanced group policy manager, DNS, PKI, Microsoft PowerShell, Windows Server versions up to 2019
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topologies and interdependencies across a wide range of technologies, most specifically: 2012 or later forest/domains and complex Active Roles administration and sync service
• Experience with VMWare infrastructure, Unix, Windows, and/or Storage
• Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
• Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
• Knowledge in One Identity Active Roles Server and Sync Server, Thycotic Secret Server, Microsoft FIM/MIM, SailPoint, and Radiant Logic FID
