Are you ready to grow as an Infrastructure Lab Engineer? Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. Your team reliably delivers enterprise shared services for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. You will be trusted to maintain a production-accurate lab infrastructure that is used to ensure the deployment high quality changes to the enterprise infrastructure.  You’ll develop documentation, processes, and test automation to make your lab reliable and scalable across the enterprise.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain property/asset management, documentation management, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Create Lab layouts in Visio, providing cable plant management, managing, and tracking of all equipment and material
• Update the engineering test environment for use by the hardware, software and systems test teams including configuration management of hardware, software, and firmware
• Analyze customer functional requirements to develop system requirements specifications and implemented designed solutions
• Design and support Microsoft infrastructure solutions including Windows domains, Azure Virtual Desktop, on-prem, cloud and hybrid
• Provide support for systems administration tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or Python
• Serve as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met

What you’ll need to have

• 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
• TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
• High School+12 years; Bachelor’s+8; Master’s+6
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMWare infrastructure and the deployment of virtual machine instances
• Experience with the following: Infrastructure engineering, enterprise testing & lab environments, active directory, PKI infrastructure, network administration, data center physical server racking and configuration, Linux administration, Infoblox IPAM administration, and procurement testing & approval of enterprise lab tools
• Experience integrating hardware into a system configuration by assessing requirements for power, ground, footprint, weight, thermal, and data cables
• Experience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
• Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
• Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
