Are you ready to grow as a Technical Writer? Antero Technology Services is looking for a proactive person with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Team. You’ll be part of a team who reliably delivers the enterprise systems for tens of thousands of mission-critical customers on a global scale. Your passion for technical writing will complement the infrastructure engineers as they design and implement the enterprise architecture to enhance the stability, scalability, and capabilities for our customers. You will be entrusted to document all infrastructure services deliverables, functions, processes, and accreditation efforts for the team.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop your standardized crisp and concise writing style guides for consistent communication and value delivery
• Write and edit technical documentation for the infrastructure services’ hardware and software to include installation, configuration, how-to documentation, and transition documentation for complex systems
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents catalog
• Provide advice for developing a Continuous Improvement process that captures ideas, cultivates sources, and develops highly complex and articulate concepts
• Produce implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities
• Provide data definition, data flow documentation, and formatting of technical publications
• Support for senior leadership briefings
• Bring your passion for writing to mentor junior writers

What you’ll need to have

• TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be cleared
• High School+10 years; Bachelor’s+6; Master’s+4
• Experience documenting enterprise solutions delivered by an advanced engineering team
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
